A little nutty, a little flaky, but basically sweet, wanting only to give her readers a satisfying experience. She holds a degree in behavioral sciences, worked as a psychiatric RN for 15 years and spent a few more years working for the American Red Cross. Most authors, whether they know it or not, have a theme—something that unifies their whole booklist. Ashlyn’s identified theme has to do with characters who reinvent themselves. After all, she has reinvented herself many times. She is a multi-published, award-winning author of humorous erotic and mainstream paranormal romances, represented by the Seymour Agency. She lives in beautiful New Hampshire with her true-life hero husband who looks like Hugh Jackman with a salt and pepper dye job, and they’re owned by a spoiled brat cat. You might be surprised to hear me say Summer, because of the conference I put on in October called Fall in Love with New England, but that’s the truth. I love sunshine and warmth. Fall was my father’s favorite time of year. I always think of him when the leaves change color and the air turns cool and crisp.
