Year in Review – 2010

Posted December 29, 2010 by Jen in Year in Review Tags: , , , , , , ,

Welcome to the end of another year. This is my first year blogging, and it was interesting to see how my book list panned out. I read fewer books in 2010 than 2009, but that is understandable now that I’m writing reviews, completing author interviews, blog hopping and chatting with my gals (and guys) and Twitter.

I really enjoyed blogging and discussing books with all of you. I hope you have enjoyed our time together as well! I’ve listed some of my highlights and stats from 2010 below.  How did 2010 go for you? What were your favorite reads during the year?
Thank you all for stopping by and supporting me and That’s What I’m Talking About.  Joyous New Year and Happy Reading!!

The Summary:
I read 83 books;
I read 21 comic books;
I read 4 partial books (i.e. one novella out of an anthology);

  1. I have Allison James` series in my book closet! I`m glad to see that it made a couple of `top` lists. I am definitely moving it up in my tbr pile. And maybe I’ll have to check out your Guilty Pleasure…great title for a ‘category’ by the way…

  2. So many great books, so little time! Great list, Jen!

    I read and love a lot of great books. Two that stand out for me are Susanna Ives, RAKES & RADISHES and Andrew Fenady’s TOM HORN AND THE APACHE KID. I’m a sucker for good romance and westerns.

    Happy New Year!

  3. Wow! Who has been a busy girl. Keep up the good work and I’m looking forward to 2011 being as exciting and productive.
    Happy New Year.
    Leigh.
