I had a busy week, but I kicked some but with my step counts and exercise (even on my non-exercise day). How did your week go?
Friday: 32 minutes walking, 11,005 steps/day
Saturday: no exercise, 12,467 steps/day (canoeing, hiking, camping)
Sunday: 30 minute walk + hiking, 15,145 steps/day
Monday: 71 minutes walking, 15,868 steps/day
Tuesday: 32 minutes walking, 12,410 steps/day
Wednesday: 46 minutes walking, 13,312 steps/day
Thursday: 55 minutes Body Flow + 45 minutes walking, 10,210 steps/day
* I track two different goals. The first goal is a timed duration of exercise – moving with the intent to raise my heart rate and get in some cardiovascular work. This is what I’m mean when I say “45 minutes walking.” The second goal is total daily steps. This is from my Fitbit, which measures all steps from 12:00AM – 11:59PM, exercise included.
