After a great week last week, I totally vegged on Friday and Saturday (although I did get my step count in by going through a corn maze with the kiddos). I’m feeling good though because I’ve mostly been eating better.
Friday: no exercise, 6,809 steps/day
Saturday: walking through corn maze, 12,005 steps/day
Sunday: 39 minutes walking, 10,805 steps/day
Monday: 71 minutes walking, 14,136 steps/day
Tuesday: 30 minutes walking, 13,906 steps/day
Wednesday: 45 minutes walking, 10,127 steps/day
Thursday: 55 minutes Body Flow + 45 minutes walking, 10,000+ steps/day
* I track two different goals. The first goal is a timed duration of exercise – moving with the intent to raise my heart rate and get in some cardiovascular work. This is what I’m mean when I say “45 minutes walking.” The second goal is total daily steps. This is from my Fitbit, which measures all steps from 12:00AM – 11:59PM, exercise included.
