November 10th: Have you found any new interests or hobbies during the COVID lockdown/stay at home orders?
Maybe? As I mentioned last week, I am enjoying playing Animal Crossing on my Nintendo Switch. That is new since COVID. Other than that, I really haven’t picked up anything new, but rather readjusted the time spent on different activities. For example, the time spent reading and listening to audiobooks has decreased. Some of that is due to my schedule – I used to listen to my audiobooks when I commuted for work, but now I’m working from home. I also have been spending a lot more time watching TV and movies with my daughter, which takes away from my reading time. I’ve been able to be more efficient with my blogging time since I have more time in the mornings no longer commuting. During the peak of COVID, I also adjusted how I shopped for food and essentials and spent more time cooking than “on the fly” meals and take out.
