I check in here every Friday, but my fitness week is Monday – Sunday. So my check-ins are always about a week behind.

Last Week (November 23 – November 29, 2020):

This was Thanksgiving week… and it was ugly from an eating standpoint. I overate on several days, and I felt like crap because of it. Why do I do this to myself??

Weight: up one pounds (maintaining weight). I was up 0.2 lbs for the month of November.

Goals: Exercise – great; food/drinks – bad.

Don’t forget to join the Facebook Group and check in with us there!

  • To lose 10 pounds (from my Jan 1 start weight) and get back to my goal weight MAINTAIN my current weight through healthy eating and exercise.
