Jen’s 2026 Reading Challenges Update: June

I am participating in four challenges this year. Here is my monthly (and year-long cumulative) update. Note: If you would like to see what books I’ve read for the challenges, please friend or follow me on Goodreads!

UPDATE:

June was not a very good month for reading quantity. Between spending more time hanging out with my daughter who is home for the summer, travel, and work, I just didn’t spend much time listening or with my Kindle. One of the audiobooks I finished was over 20 hours, which took a while to finish. With half the year complete, I’m only 42% on my Goodreads goal and 39% on my Audiobook Challenge goal. So it’s time to recalibrate. My new GR goal starting in July will be 105 books and my audiobook goal will be 60 books. I’m also struggling to finish books for the Bingo Challenge, partially because I’m not reading as many romance books.

Goodreads Reading Challenge:

Goal: 125 books, any format, any genre.

June total: 6 books. Total for year: 52 books.

Audiobook Challenge:

#TBRChallenge
